A giant Bomber blows up before the cameras. A giant R.A.F. Victor plane crashed in flames on a demonstration flight on Wednesday (29-6-1966), killing the crew of four. The whole of the plane's flight to disaster was filmed by television cameramen. Their dramatic films, which was later handed over to experts investigating the crash. showed the Victor make a normal, take-off from Wyton, Huntingdonshire, on its demonstration flight for watching Pressmen. The plane had just begun its second circuit of the airfield when it appeared to explode before crashing in blazing pieces near the village of Warboys, five miles away. June 1966 P004400
