Black Caucus, Sam Bond, Derek Hatton, Tony Mulhearn
Derek Hatton looks on as he is imprisoned in his council office by members of the Black Caucus along with Tony Mulhearn and Sam Bond, and told clearly what would happen to them if they attempted to leave. They were then made to sign an ??reement??put in front of them by the Black Caucus to re-advertise the post currently held by Sam Bond. 10th October 1984.
