Car transporter hits bridge in Guilford
A car transporter carrying two Jaguars hit a railway bridge in Guildford, spilling one car onto the road and leaving another badly damaged.The vehicle, which was travelling westbound, hit the bridge over Midleton Road near the roundabout joining the A3 at just after 11am on Monday.No injuries were reported, but police officers attended the scene to close the road, leaving one lane open for passing motorists while the vehicles were recovered. 04 February 2011A Car transporter has collided with a railway bridge on Ladymead, Guildford, leaving one car behind as the driver pulled awaycarcrash
