Kevin Large at Cardiff Magistrates. Kevin is accused of being in charge of the dog which attacked 6 year old Erfan Ali, in his garden, in Galbalfa, Cardiff. *A man has appeared in court charged with owning a dog and allowing it to enter a place where it was not permitted and injure a child. Kevin Edward Large, 27, of Bacton Road, Gabalfa, Cardiff, entered no plea to the charge during the hearing at Cardiff Magistrates Court on Tuesday afternoon. Magistrates declined jurisdiction to hear the case and it will now be heard in Cardiff Crown Court at a later date. Presiding magistrate Mr Owen Jenkins granted Large unconditional bail. He will appear again in Cardiff Magistrates Court on March 19 for committal proceedings. 7th, February, 2012.
