Freddie Laker helps launch a new project by one of his former employees Chris Sparkles. The scheme is called Kidding Around the Capital" which are inclusive tours specifically planned for children taking in Madame Tussauds, the Zoo, a River trip and other attractions.Here he is pictured wearing a bright red nose for the launch. 7th July 1982.
