Alexander Litvinenko Murder November 2006Italian professor Mario Scaramella, the last person to dine with former Russian spy and suspected poisoning victim Alexander Litvinenko, addresses a news conference in Rome . Litvinenko, fighting for his life in a British hospital, may have been poisoned by a radioactive substance which he probably swallowed, the toxicologist treating him said.
