I'm A Celebrity star David Van Day had his head split open when a fan threw herself at him. Ex-Dollar singer David, 52, bashed his head on a plane and was left covered in blood.The star, filming a new TV series, recovered his cool to joke: Women have always thrown themselves at me." David, below, was filming So Would You Dump Me Now? for satellite channel Wedding TV, in Upminster, Essex.Host Sue Moxley said: "A girl in the airfield cafe got very excited and came running over and knocked him flying."
