Sport Football fans: 20 year-old warehouse packer Phillip Partington was so sure Manchester United would beat City in Wednesday night's Leagus Cup semi final that he bet his hair on it. The bet didn't come off for him but the hair did, though the landlord at his local who had taken up the bet against as much beer as he could dring if United won let him off lightly and only took half his hair.
