A rather splendid gaily-coloured galleon 'Good Ship Lollipop' invaded London's Piccadilly Circus today, its cannons pounding out music, its crew four young men a 'topless' mermaid and a driver. But their stay was brief as a policeman informed the driver he was causing an obstruction. The four young men all from Barnstaple are the pop group 'Good Ship Lollipop', they are lead guitarist Terry Tildesley (20), bass guitar Mitch Warburton (21), Michael Oram (20) drums, and Andy Butler (19) singer, and the music being played was their first disc Maxwell's Silver Hammer"Susan Small is helped down from the float by members of the group (left to right) Michael Oram, Mitch Warburton, Susan Small, Terry Tildesley, and Andy Butler.
