Jack Mahon of Nottingham has made a fibre-glass 14 year old boy which he has named Sucker Sam". Jack Mahon takes 'Sam' with him when he lectures at schools on the adverse effects on smoking. Sam's lungs are two jars full of padding which demonstrate the deposits left by smoking.
