Hullavington RAF airfield, Lancaster, Blackpool
The last Lancaster bomber to fly. It flew from Hullavington RAF airfield near Swindon en route for Blackpool where it will be operational for a short period before being stored in an aviation museum. The Lancaster had been hangered at the RAF where it had been made airworthy and restored. The take off was delayed due to rain and mist. 26th June 1970.
