Sinn Fein, Manchester, Army Careers Centre, Northern Ireland
I.R.A. Demonstrators carried an Irish tricolour and a coffin outside the Army Careers Centre in Fountain St, Manchester. They claimed to be from the Manchester branch of the provisional Sinn Fein. The protest was against the British campaign in Northern Ireland, according to one of the silent marchers. January 1972 72-1044-005
