Farmers this afternoon were at the House of Commons to protest over their grievances about the price they obtain for fresh milk. One farmer, Mr. David Cuming from Henstom Park Farm, Devon, brought his cow Nasturtura to St. Stephans Entrance suitably placarded, but a police inspector told the farmer to move on and take his cow with him. The farmer tied up the cow to a parking meter nearby. Mr David Cuming holis his cow Nasturtura whilst he gives an interview for television, in the centre is the police inspector.
