Fur Coypus (South American rodents resembling giant rats) caught last week at Broad Farm, Hassingham, near Norwich. The metal cages are the most common method of trapping these animals. On this farm about 50 of these coypus are being caught every week. They do great damage to sugar beet crops. Three feet is an average length for one of these animals. Handling the cages is Mr. Hilton Forster (53 year old foreman at Broad Farm). February 1960 P011889
