Charles Baillie, the father of Georgina Baillie, 23. Ofcom, the broadcasting watchdog, announced that it was launching an investigation into a succession of lewd phone calls made by BBC presenters Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross to Andrew Sachs, the Fawlty Towers actor and grandfather of Georgina.28th October 2008.
