HMS Victory, the Battle of Trafalgar flagship of Lord Nelson. Gun-ports raised, the Victory's cannon peer out on the starboard side. These guns naturally had no modern recoil springs, and had to be dragged back with blocks and tackle every time they were fired.circa 1975
