Peter Beardsley, Ian Stuart Knaggs, Niki Lauda, Middlesbrough Cleveland Centre, Captain Cook
When seven-year-old soccer fan Ian Stuart Knaggs of Glaisdale strolled into Middlesbrough Cleveland Centre yesterday he could hardly believe his eyes when he bumped into one of his heroes, Newcastle United's Peter Beardsley, at the Marlboro Road Show stand. As you can see it made his day as he sat with Peter in a replica of Niki Lauda's Formula 1 car. Above is another replica - Captain Cook's Endeavour. 29th August 1985.
