Rod Stewart, Wembley Stadium, Ronnie Lane, 13 years
Veteran Rocker Rod Stewart went down a storn at Wembley Stadium on 15 July 1986, and so did the rain. Rod sang to a sea of umbrellas during an emotional reunion with his old backing band , The Faces. The band, watched by 60,000 fans, played together for the first time in 13 years. The concert was staged to raise money for a new clinic for victims of multiple sclerosis - the disease that struck down former Faces guitarist Ronnie Lane.
