The Andover Motor Murder Case.Taxi driver Sidney George Spicer was shot and killed by Percy Topliss on Thruxton Down on 24th April 1920. The mother and wife of the accused arrive at Penrith Town Hall for the inquest following his death. 8th June 1920.
