Ullswater
These little pigs stayed at home and stole the milk". The farmer was at a loss to know where the milk was going as normally this cow gave a good yield. After a watch had been set it was found that these young pigs, ten in all, were the thieves so now the obliging cow has to have a sack tied round her to prevent further thefts. Photograph taken on the shores of Ullswater. September 1934 P009106"
